Service Description

Each Session is individually tailored toward each clients' needs. The goals and focus areas of the clients will be taken into consideration along with Trainer's expertise  to formulate the correct workout regiment. If a client is unable to attend the scheduled session the client should cancel 24 hours before said session for proper scheduling purposes. If a client late cancels, a $55 fee will be automatically implemented on the account. If there are any further questions, refer to your Project Snatched contract or contact Management personally.


Cancellation Policy

PLEASE CANCEL AT LEAST 12 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR SCHEDULED CLASS TIME TO AVOID LOSING YOUR CLASS CREDIT. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your class credit. Recurring Monthly Membership holders will forfeit their class credit and incur a $40 late cancellation/no-show fee as well. To early cancel a class, please log into your account and click the early cancel button, or call Project Snatched during normal business hours (voicemails after hours will not be honored), and we will gladly assist you.
