Service Description

We use a classic fitness assessment structure to find out where you are Physically. Things we assess: -Overall body composition ( weight) and measurements - Ability assessments included but not limited to: +Squat assessment + Lunge assessment + Sit up assessment + Balance assessment +Push Up assessment Things we may uncover: +Muscle Imbalances +Overactive/ Under active muscles +Flexibility / Muscle elasticity +Overall heart endurance and Heart rate How to prepare (Online ) : +Wear comfortable clothing and shoes +If you have a yoga mat, great! ( if you don't, you'll survive) +A positive mindset!


Cancellation Policy

PLEASE CANCEL AT LEAST 12 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR SCHEDULED CLASS TIME TO AVOID LOSING YOUR CLASS CREDIT. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your class credit. Recurring Monthly Membership holders will forfeit their class credit and incur a $40 late cancellation/no-show fee as well. To early cancel a class, please log into your account and click the early cancel button, or call Project Snatched during normal business hours (voicemails after hours will not be honored), and we will gladly assist you.
